Good customer service, but business owner (different from 1.5 years ago) lacks integrity. Received oil change, but then the check engine light comes on after about 20 miles. Owner refused request to address this known issue with simple fix. Instead, states a diagnostics of $189 is required. Went to another shop that fulfilled my request for free and the problem was resolved. Prior owner fixed this known issue with no additional charges. Been going here for years and it has never been a problem. Same Midas name, but it’s the owner that makes a difference. Glad a new shop with good owner was found.

An awesome shop that will treat you right. I bought new tires from them last January and had a wall blow out on one tire. They replaced all 4 since it's an AWD under the lifetime warranty for only labor and fees. They were able to get me a same day turn around even. Thanks for the great service!

Went in for a brake job, didnt expect such great service. Kat was fantastic and helped make the process easy. Highly recommend! Will be coming back.

I had sent an inquiry for an oil change the evening prior with my desired time. Midas calls me first thing in the morning and said that they can get me in at 11 or 11:30am as long as I can leave my car for a few hours. That's not an appointment if you can't do it at the time your scheduled to come in. I do confirm that I can meander around Midtown for a few hours. He asks me when I want the car back and I reply, "as soon as feasible." He says it'll be done around 4pm. I told him that I was good to wait until 2pm, but 4pm is not reasonable. Goes back to the point where why schedule an appt and they expect you to be there, but they aren't ready for you for hours? Awful communication. Awful experience. Awful front desk guy. I paid a little extra to go to Jiffy Lube and was able to be in and out in 25 minutes. I highly recommend anyone considering Midas for an oil change to do the same.

So appreciative of Mo! I have had work done at this location before and really appreciate how kind and considerate he was. He took the time to show me some of the signs of an issue, explained it thoroughly, and was very kind about price concerns. Most recently, though, I dropped my car off for an oil change. I couldn't find my paperwork but knew it had been a while since my last one. Mo called me after drop off to tell me I didn't need an oil change yet! Pretty sure the dealership would have been happy to take my money, regardless of whether it was necessary or not. Happily recommend this Midas location!
